Request a new feature, or support for a camera/lens that you would like to use in Capture One.
Currently, when copying and pasting adjustments in Capture One, the software prompts the user to select which layers should receive the pasted adjustments. This becomes inefficient when working with many layers, as it requires manually checking and unchecking multiple checkboxes each time.
I would like to suggest a more direct workflow: the ability to copy and paste adjustments by simply clicking on the specific target layer. Capture One should automatically understand that the active or clicked layer is the intended destination, without requiring additional checkbox selection.
This would significantly improve speed and usability. Or give us the ability to create a keyboard shortcut to copy only the selected layer (and not all the adjustments made - like command + C) and paste it to another file.

Current workaround
Currently, copying and pasting adjustments requires using the Copy/Paste Adjustments arrow icon (upward arrow). When clicking this arrow without holding Shift, Capture One opens a dialog showing all layers with checkboxes already selected. To paste adjustments to only one specific layer, it is necessary to manually uncheck all other layers and leave only the intended target layer selected. This becomes very time-consuming and disruptive when working with images that contain many layers. This process adds unnecessary friction to layer-based workflow. |
