Set Specific IPTC Data for Ingest

I wish to see more detailed IPTC Options in the ingest dialogue.

1) Not only set a IPTC template that was used/save before, but also an option to open an IPTC dialogue where every IPTC field can be set right before the ingest.

e.g. Normally I need to set specific information like headline, keywords, location and set data.

2) It would ne very nice to use these fields also as a variable in the folder path.

e.g. me, and also many of my colleagues use a folder code like <yymmdd><city><headline> etc.

tbh it would be pretty nice to have it like in a way like photo mechanic does. A IPTC dialogue which is customizable in the shown fields and can be applied to the ingest
