Toolbar visible in fullscreen

In fullscreen mode, the Toolbar is only visible if you hoover with the mouse on the top area of the screen. I would like to keep the Toolbar visible when I am in fullscreen mode, as you can do for the Browser and the Tools. It would also be great if you can decide the default (visible or hidden) for all 3 of areas (Toolbar, Tools, Browser) when you enter full screen mode.

Current workaround

I have to hoover with the mouse on the top of the screen to visualize the Toolbar.
I have to click CMD+B and CMB+T every time I enter full screen mode because there is no way to set the default behavior of the Browser and the Tools area.
