Contact Sheets: add description from metadata

"This request concerns Capture One version 16.7.4.

A major improvement for the Contact Sheet (Print) tool would be the ability to combine metadata fields for captions. Specifically, I would like to be able to select both [File Name] and [Description/Caption] to be displayed simultaneously under each image.

Adobe Lightroom already has this feature, and it would be a fantastic addition to the Capture One workflow.

Alternatively, consider creating a dedicated 'Export to Contact Sheet' recipe. This would allow us to use the full power of the Token system (e.g., combining File Name + Caption) and add a top header image for branding and marketing purposes, with a direct export to PDF."

Current workaround

"My current workflow in Capture One 16.7.4 is as follows:

  1. First Export Recipe: High-resolution JPEGs (6000x6000px).

  2. Second Export Recipe: Low-resolution JPEGs (1250x1250px).

  3. Final Step: I then have to take the images into Adobe Lightroom solely to generate a contact sheet with filenames, captions, and a top logo for PDF export.

It would be a huge improvement if this functionality was integrated into Capture One's Contact Sheet tool or—even better—available as an Export Recipe. This would allow me to generate the branded contact sheet automatically alongside my other final image exports, eliminating the need for a third-party application."
