Automatically open the tool window when using a keyboard shortcut.

When using a keyboard shortcut for a tool you still have to manually open and activate the tool window. It would be a great help if the tool window is automatically opened and activated when a keyboard shortcut for a tool is pressed. This is especially handy when working on location on a laptop where there is not much room to open many tool windows.

Example: when working in Retouch Face Tab and I want to change the white balance I can click on "W". But I still have to manually get out of the Retouch Face Tab and go to the white balance tool window and click on it to be able to use it. It would be great If when clicking on "W" automatically the White Balance window opens and I can start using it.
