Request a new feature, or support for a camera/lens that you would like to use in Capture One.
I am trying to return to Capture One after a few years away and have paid for an annual subscription. Over the last 20 years I have Activated hundreds of pieces of Software BUT this is awfully DIFFICULT. Please simplify - It DOES NOT need to be this difficult - In fact it should be the Easiest thing for a new customer to do..!!

Don't know of one - I've logged a Support Ticket - Nothing back from them - I've wasted a Day of my life trying to get this to work - There is SOO much information BUT Nothing seems to answer my problem. It feels to me that what I am being told from the information I can find - It's MY problem for the Version I have downloaded when it's what I was provided with when I clicked on the Download button. You seem to make it the Customers Problem rather than something they are desperate to get help with, when really if it was simplified there would be no or little help needed. I feel like I have spent my money BUT no one really cares even when you state all over the website that Support is everywhere - Not for me it's NOT. I think I made a huge mistake coming back.. Oh my God what have I done..? |
