I’m changing how I have clients do select to get me out of the Stone Age and be much more efficient and was very excited about the share online feature, which I’ve used before successfully but just now I’m realizing I’m forced to use a fairly destructive process to my folder structure by needing to manually drag selects into a select folder which I would love to not need to do, initially just now I tried to share a smart folder including only a color tag or maybe this color tag and also that color tag but looks like only sharing of an actual folder is possible. I then went ahead to share the entire session with the plan of telling the agency to just filter by red tags in this case expecting this would be absolutely possible, seeing as it is built into the live session feature, then immediately had to text the agency and say hold on until I figure this out because I’m just realizing with the “share online” feature, filtering does not appear to exist. Would be huge to be able to do either or ideally both of these things.

Current workaround
currently I need to destroy the existing folder structure and drag my selects into a selects folder where now all of my different shots live in a folder together, I may be able to have some folder structure inside of that folder but really not ideal |
Hi there, you can absolutely filter by color tag in Live! You need to go to the magnifying glass icon on the top right of the page, this is where you'll find a search box and filters.
