Currently, Export Recipes will remember the last used output location when changed from Session Default (Output). I would like to propose an option that when you start a new session, the Export Recipes destination/route is automatically reset to Session Default (Output) rather than remembering the last used destination that you may have changed in a previous session and exporting to that destination

There is already a default option that maps to the current session's output folder:
If you choose another one (like "edits" in my above screenshot), it will keep it across different sessions, but if you choose to default to the output it will point to the output folder in your current session.
Those settings are saved at the export recipe level, so that also means you can create two different copies of the same recipe, one that points to output, the other that points to a specific folder, and then activate the one you need depending on the situation.
