Improve Levels or Curves reading if have some change in a single channel

I think it would be very useful (and save time and boost productivity) if, in tools that have layers or options (such as “Levels” or “Curves”), there were a small orange dot (or something similar) to let us know if any changes have been made to the red or green channel (for example).

Often the RGB is untouched, but there are changes in the individual channels, and you don’t know until you open each one.
