Output Name Search

I am a wedding photographer. I know that I am not alone when I say that we export a lot of images for our clients. Typically, we give it a unique name (Couple's name_####.jpeg, or whatever). I've had couples come back and ask for a particular image. It would be nice to be able to get an option or a search feature to see what photo is that image. Currently, I have to go through my export folder and find the image that looks like it and verify it is the one needed. Maybe this exists already and I am not aware. Thanks.
