Request a new feature, or support for a camera/lens that you would like to use in Capture One.
After a shoot on location I want to cull, add meta data and create a backup to my NAS in the office. Also being able to use my portable monitor as a 2nd screen to view a photo in larger size is helpfull.
Currently I can only do the culling on the iPad, so I have removed it from my workflow and take my laptop with me, so I can do the culling, adding of metadata, first edits and publishing from the location instead of waiting to return to my office.
I do mainly wilflife photography, my current workflow :
1) load the photos from my GNARBOX into CaptureOne
2) do the culling of the images
3) Add the keywords of the animal to the respective photos
4) Using applescript add the following information to selected photos :
location, city, state, country, country code
5) using applescript add the following info to selected photos :
title and generate heading and description by using title, location, city
If editing IPTC/XMP metadata would be supported in the iPad version I could do this using the iPad. It would already be a great improvement if CO iPad would support XMP metadata in sidecar file as I can generate these using Shuttersnitch on the iPad.
Support for XMP metadata and the Shurtcuts app would allow me to replicate my Applescript workflow on the iPad.

Current workaround
Not using CO iPad, only use the macOS version. |
