Fix ICC profile selector bug

Please improve the ICC selector - or at least fix this bug:

Base Characteristics > ICC Profile
Unfurling this menu often results in a long hang on mouseover of more than one profile. Capture One totally locked out for what feels like an eternity. Probably more than a minute.

I'm surprised there isn't an open feature for this already. I see it mentioned online quite frequently.

Current workaround

Profile makers who offer LUTs as ICC profiles seem to have gotten around this program-hang behaviour by using styles for browsing and applying.
