Conditional Layers based on metadata/filters for Styles/Presets

I would find it very useful if it was possible to have conditional layers based on metadata/filters. Basically smart layers, in the same way smart albums work. Apply layer if rules are met for the image, disable otherwise.

For example, I work in nightclubs and switch between available light/flash camera presets. I'd love to be able to make a style that has baseline adjustments for available light, and a layer for additional adjustments for only images that the flash fired on. Or having different lens correction based on the lens, or noise reduction based on the iso. Possibilities are endless, I'm sure. But the goal would be set up all your rules for the preset, one click apply to a whole shoot.

Current workaround

I use filters and additional variant presets to find and apply to different images, but that takes up more of my time. It also means I can't basically use smart rules for apply previous setting in tethering for example.
