As a digital operator I am regularly asked to add a compare variant from either a different capture folder or session or screenshot etc.
It would be amazing if a global compare variant could be added so that you can add a compare variant from a different folder to the capture folder. This could be added via the library folder structure or from a different session folder.

Current workaround
Packing images as EIPS and copying them over to the capture folder. Or copying PNGs etc. |
It would also be nice to use the compare variant without having to activate multi view and to change its posotion in the viewer. This global compare variant should be active even if i restart capture one and ich i change the folder i am working on.
