Apple has made Dropbox move the location of the Dropbox folder to Users/Library/CloudStorage/Dropbox

In the C1 Library Panel we cannot see the User's Library folder even with Full Disk Access enabled in System Settings and Accessibility Permission enabled.

Current workaround

Current workaround is to add the specific folder as a Session Favorite, but being able to access the folder structure allows faster browsing of various incoming jobs (post production environment).
