Add Skin Shine Reduction to Retouch Tool

Add the ability to reduce skin shine on faces and other body skin. This can be a very tricky edit at times using the current tools.

Current workaround

Two workarounds are: 1) a good deal of healing and/or cloning using C1; and 2) round trip through photoshop using the remove tool (this one is a last ditch effort.) Both are very time consuming.

adding retouch features

I would like to have an additional feature in retouching area. Reducing shining skin would be extremely helpful for me. Please be so kind to consider constructing this tool. Many thanks.
