Applying the Enhanced Denoise -Function during import would make it easier to work with many images.
Selecting the ISO Level could speed up import ("only if ISO is 3200 or higher"), as the current version of Enhanced Denoise is very slow.

Similar to the other idea, if you create a style with Enhanced Denoise, you can apply this style during the import process.
You won't be able to automatically apply it to images with high ISO though, but you could filter in the import window, apply that style only to high ISO images and import.
