Dual monitor - toolbar on both windows

I'm using a dual monitor setup with a smaller monitor showing the browser and a toolbar containing tools like the catalog, export and some other stuff. I would like to be able to have another fixed toolbar in the viewer window which is displayed on my bigger monitor, where I would like to have the picture manipulation tools. So basically the browser window would have a toolbar for all the navigation, export, etc., and the viewer window a toolbar containing all the image adjustment tools. But this toolbar should be fixed and not automatically hide like it does at the moment.
