Add publishing Service Support

There is no equivalent to Lightroom’s mature Publish Services workflow
This overlaps with adding better plug-in support, but it deserves its own entry. Lightroom Publish Services can maintain a persistent relationship between catalog images and published copies, identify changed photos, republish updates, and manage collections connected to external services. Meaning if I have images published to a gallery, I can make edits in LR, and push those to the live gallery provider.
Capture One’s export recipes are very good for rendering files, but exporting a JPEG is not the same as maintaining a synchronized published collection. Lightroom’s model is better for Pic-Time, portfolio sites, social publishing and long-running client galleries.
