Reset the export counter to 1

I do aerial mapping work, we use multiple cameras, Fuji RGB and a converted NIR camera. Our workflow requires to export the raw images to Tiff files and then use special software to create 4bank images. This requires us to export the images with the same names so that the software can align the images, so each batch of images need to be named the same, ie 0001, 0002, 0003 for both RGB and NIR. When exporting there is no option for the name counter to reset automatically back to 0001. I need to remember each time to reset the counter back to 0001 otherwise the image names will not match up for RGB and the NIR imagery. It would be great if there was an option to have this auto set back to 1.
