Request a new feature, or support for a camera/lens that you would like to use in Capture One.
I shoot high-volume fashion e-commerce, where a typical shoot contains a mixture of full-length, 3/4, close-up and detail images.
I would like Capture One to use image recognition to automatically identify and filter/select images according to framing or shot type.
For example:
Full length – entire model visible from head to toe
3/4 length
Half length
Close-up / detail
The most useful implementation would be a filter or Assisted Review criterion that allows me to display or select all images of a particular shot type.
For example, I could select “Full Length” and Capture One would identify every head-to-toe image in the shoot.
This would be particularly valuable for fashion and e-commerce photographers working with hundreds or thousands of images per shoot. Since Capture One is already introducing AI-assisted review and image analysis, adding composition/framing recognition would significantly speed up the selection and delivery workflow.

Current workaround
Currently there is no automated workaround within Capture One. I have to visually scan the entire shoot and manually identify and select every full-length image. Because the different shot types are mixed throughout the shoot, they cannot reliably be separated by capture order or sequence. |
