Its too easy to delete a image

Its too easy for images to be deleted by acident. A prompt are you sure would stop 90

% of these. For example you are using the heal brush, want to delete the heal, you select the heal, a slight system lag you hit delete and there the whole photo deleted. Havent found the undo buton works but this was after tring to hunt around trying to find the image in trash. Then in trash rather than a restore to working folder you have to drag it to a folder. Couldnt find which folder it landed in.
