AI masking for architecture

An alternative to adding a traditional lasso or polygon tool would be to develop AI-based masking specifically for architecture, similar to how AI masking already exists for faces.

The masking tool could identify and automatically create solid masks for various architectural elements, such as windows, doors, balconies, railings, columns, beams, roofs, HVACs and fixtures. It could also identify different materials, such as brick facades, wood paneling, glass, steel, and concrete.

This would allow users to select and edit specific building components or materials without having to manually draw the mask or redraw what the ordinary AI-mask miss.

(But I still would like to see the polygon-lasso tool in a near future).
