Moving the "Edit Keyboard Shortcuts" from "edit..." to Preferences or File or Capture One Main Menu

What problem do you see this solving?

I fail to understand how "Edit keyboard shortcuts" is intuitive. Keyboard shortcuts should be under a more "Central" preferences menu, Maybe "Preferences" or "Capture One Pro" next to preferences. Looks like someone thought that Keyboard shortcut belongs to a editing function (Which should only contain IMAGE editing functions).

By the logic, You could also create "Preferences" under "Edit" (Edit preferences), License (Edit Licenses), or Color Tag (Edit Color Tag) etc.
