In Lightroom, There is an option in the tool menu, to collapse all tools or exapnd all tools, And there is also and option to right click and choose "Solo Mode". This mode allows the expansion of one tool in the tool menu every time. When you click on another tool, This tool is expanded and all others are collapsed. So for example, If I click on "High Dynamic Range", All other tools will be collapsed. This allows focus and convenience and less need to scroll and find additional tools while editing.
