What problem do you see this solving?
get rid of file size imitations (4gb) and dimension limits (65kpx lonmg edge) that are encountered more and more frequently, especially when working with stitched panoramas or hi-res documentation of artwork etc. PSB (Adobe) and now bigTIFF (public domain) are currently the only solutions to this problem, afaik.

Current workaround
Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One? I am forced to use PTgui for stitching and then either work in PS instead of C1 for processing or have to downsample the stitched pano file by 50% or more to get the resulting TIFF file into the above restrictions so C1 can parse it. So NO - there is no real solution to use C1 for this currently |
