I can scroll while pictures load on the upload screen. I shoot thousands of photos a day during runway season and I have to wait for every image to load before I can scroll even in the designer I want to work on is the first set of images. Just let me scroll and select what I need and upload them. I don't need to wait for every picture to load in the preview window

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?
The one work around I know if is to switch image editing software and I'm considering at this point.

Are you using Sessions? Or, perhaps, individual catalogues for each designer?
Or do you place everything in a single catalogue?
