Request a new feature, or support for a camera/lens that you would like to use in Capture One.
What problem do you see this solving?
In Capture One, the LAB values are displayed at the top of the viewer window. In Capture One for iPad, those values are not displayed, nor are they available (as far as I can tell) anywhere else in the app. In one use case, seeing those values help determine if I have pure white for the background in product shoots. I'm using the iPad for architectural, interiors, and product sessions. In these situations, I don't always have enough room to set up my laptop.
When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
Without the ability to gauge what the background values are, I cannot quickly set up my lighting so that I don't cause the light from the background to bleed onto the subject. I could easily end up with exposures that cannot be corrected in post.
Current workaround
Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One? The only workaround is to use the laptop. |
