    Ability to magnify image while refine mask tool is engaged

    If you click on Refine Mask, but you forgot to magnify your image to 100 percent (or whatever magnification is desired) then you now have to cancel the refine mask process, enlarge the image and then go back into refine mask. But if you don't like...
