Thanks for the follow up. I'am an architectural photographer, so I badly need the live view (with a grid option!) to make sure my compositions are properly framed and that everything is straight. I have a system where my Ipad is fixed to my tripod, near my camera, so it would be amazing to be able to use it as a viewfinder.
For the same architectural photography purpose, it is important to have accessible camera controls during liveview. This would allow me to do multiple expositions without touching the camera. I've noticed that I can change camera settings in the app by going in the little gear menu right next to the shutter button, but it is very unpractical.
All in all, you should just make the liveview and camera control exactly as it is in the desktop version..

Can you share a few words about your photography workflow? what do you usually shoot and why Live view is important for you?
