Capture sequence

Which device are you using?

IPad Pro 11" 4th Gen os 16.6

What problem do you see this solving?

When adding images to an existing album from a card reader, they appear out of sequence and are mixed in with previously downloaded images, the capture date option is selected, only by closing Capture One and restarting it puts the images into the order they were captured, as it is crucial that when I view images they are in capture order, an option to select this would be very helpful.

Almost every time I use the App.

Current workaround

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals?

Closing the App and reopening it seems to be the only solution.

    Hello 370130542457, this sounds more like a bug than an improvement request. Sort order should work by default and you should also be able to set it by the menu both in terms of the field you need to sort and the order (ascending, descending).
