Multiple Sessions need to be independent

I use C1 Enterpeise and need to have 2 sessions open all day long. One acts as a browser so I can retreive images and I'm shooting to the other. In the past, I did not seem to have this issue, but now the overlay from the shooting session shows in the browser session. There are some other clicks and commands I'll do on the browser session that affect the shooting session. Bottom line - would be great if these multiple sessions could work completely independently.
