Importing Sigma fp L raw files as cropped in camera Merged

I prefer the 4:3 aspect ratio and compose with that setting out on location. Since Capture One only imports the uncropped 3:2 full fram image, I have to do the same work again behind the computer. According to the Sigma folks, Adobe Lightroom does recognise the in camera crop, so it is possible.

Current workaround

If I have to work around this without 'recomposing', I have to import the Sigma DNG files in Adobe Lightroom first, and then export them to Capture One.
