Preview Generation Speed/Quality Option in Import Dialog

Sometimes I shoot studio with 150 frames.
Sometimes I shoot live events with 9500 frames.

I would like to be able to select between Optimise For Speed / Optimise for Quality in the import dialog, so I can make the decision on a job by job basis, rather than having to load C1 and change the application options before the import.

I don't need quality previews on a 10k frame competition job, but if I forget to change it ahead of time it gives me the sads.
