Skin Mask AI

Please add some Skin Mask AI which would select the skin, preferably an option to separate face and body. The lips should be excluded.

The behavior should be just like the Subject AI and Background AI where the items are auto selected, and can be applied/copied to other images.

Current workaround

For speed, with the various masking options, Magic Brush and AI, I would select the skin. Then, would have to go back and erase the masking from the lips. I repeat this for every image.
