What problem do you see this solving?
With modern cameras and it's large resolution, the 100% zoom level is too much. Most of the times I need to zoom in only 50%. But when I use Wacom tablet, there is no easy way to quickly zoom in to 50% to a area where the mouse curson is.
The double click always zoom to 100% and it would be nice to have an option to change this default setting to whatever you need.

Current workaround
I need to use keyboard shortcut Ctrl+plus. But it is zooming to the center of the photo, not where the mouse cursor is. So I have to constantly moving the zoom area. |
i came to ask for this feature but as a larger zoom level.
I am a long-time user of Capture One Pro, going back almost two decades.
Given that all displays are now "retina" resolution, to me 100% is not a useful zoom level for close assessment.
Please add a preference to the Hand Tool "double-click" zoom level to allow it to zoom to 200% instead of 100%.
The simplest solution would be a preference with a drop down offering default “double click” zoom amounts of perhaps 25%, 50%, 100%, 200%, 400%.
