Format filter

Fixing the format filter would improve capture ones file management and organization. I would be able to create a smart album that would automatically weed out PSD's, TIF's, PSB's from 3rd party programs. There is currently a format filter but in my experience it doesn't work and it should have a drop down menu with the choices of formats previously mentioned
