Next Capture location (Add new capture folder from tool)

Would like to see this tool auto refresh and detect new capture folders that are located in the capture folder so I don't have to waste time identifying the folders for it.

Would also like to see a new capture folder option inside the next capture location tool so that I don't have to navigate away from my current screen to library to create a new capture folder
