Be able to switch camera from keyboard shortcut

It's annoying to be unable to change the camera without going to camera settings whenever I need to switch to another tethered camera. In my workspace, if I was able to change the camera with a shortcut the efficiency would improve greatly, but at the moment it is impossible to do so natively, you could make an AppleScript and hope it would work but wouldn't it be easier to just do it in the program itself. Surely it shouldn't be hard to implement as a custom keyboard shortcut.
