During your editing process, Different edits with the same variant position will all end up in the same smart album so you dont need to worry about sorting through all your images to find variant.
For example. When editing I will sometimes create multiple variations of images edited in different ways. I think it would make it much easier and organized to see each of my different looks in a smart album Ive created to cull by my selects (ratings/tag) and then to seperate looks by variant position.
