recipes into folders Merged

Is it possible to add the possibility to group recipes into folders?
example: I want to process a batch of photos, into 1920 wallpapers. then with 4/5 crop, then a 16/9 crop. I create the recipes for those then I put them into one folder and execute the action from that folder and it goes through all the recipes inside.
Also, the recipes has to be saved so I can use them again in that same folder without problems.
