What problem do you see this solving?
Reduce the increasingly long list of export recipes. I have many clients who want images in specific file sizes, etc. Some clients require 3 different sizes. It would be nice to create a folder in the Export window for such a client (i.e. "Local Bank") and put all 3 of those exports in there. Ideally I could select just the client folder in the Export list and generate all 3 of their required outputs at once. I currently have a very long list of export options, such as:
When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
It may be only a few seconds each time I go to Export, scrolling down a long list of options does take time to find all the relevant ones.

Current workaround
Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One? Just trying to include the client name at the beginning of each recipe, to make it a little easier to find all the relevant sizes |
This request is now 2 years old. And as things like styles brushes, styles, etc. are already group-able in folders, this is still under review. Why is that so? Grouping recipes would make a lot of sense - whether I group them for customer purpose or media purpose (like "social media", "print", "web" etc)
And as other parts of C1 are already group-able like this, I see no big deal in making recipes groupable too.
I'd like to see something similar in other areas - custom style brushes could be user-foldered, and allowing us to move styles etc around would be good - And for styles I could then have a folder of favourites or at least to be able to sort most-used to the top of a list instead of scrolling, opening a folder...scrolling, scrolling...
