Request a new feature, or support for a camera/lens that you would like to use in Capture One.
At the moment when using live view on a camera, the viewer and controls are in the same window. This opposes a big challenge when you’re digitech station is in one location in the studio, and you want to have the viewer on the monitor next to the set. The control panel for the live view should be separate, so the digitech could control the camera still. The live view should also be feautured as a tab next to the stills-viewer. It should switch back from live view to still view automatically when an image has been capture, or when the live view is paused. This should also be able to map as a custom hotkey. When firering an image, the live view should automatically pause as default only to go live again after capturing.
Current workaround
At the moment I am forced to have my monitors set to "mirror display" in order to be able to see and control the live when working with a stylist. This is a huge pain in the ass. |
Live view should also respect crop. It’s a nightmare when the stylist tries to style within a cropped frame. Only workaround is to mark up the frame with gaff tape on set…
