Crop labels impacted by Export Preset

Select the Crop Tool. Highlight an Export Recipe that has a Scale of Width, for example 1300px; I use the word highlight to denote clicking on the Export Recipe, but not enabling it with the checkbox. The Label for horizontal width will have a value of 1300px, which does not change if the width of the crop is changed.

I would expect that simply highlighting an Export Recipe, without enabling, would not have an effect on the dimensions of the crop which are shown.
