Create default options for file save location on C1 Mobile

When you connect the camera for the first time, have an option pop up to where you want the files saved - to the ipad only, iPad and memory card or (as per my other idea, jpegs to Ipad and Raw to card) and then make this the default for the entire session. Every time the camera disconnects or powers down, you have to remember to direct where the files go and its a shortcoming.
