I would like the option of saving to an external hard drive while tethered to the iPAD. Other apps offer the option of choosing where to save while tethered (Cascable). Most iPADs do not have the storage capacity to handle the amount of files I shoot. Having the option to save to the camera's card and an external drive would be amazing. This would put Capture One Mobile over the top in my opinion. When the shoot is over I can choose the files I want to bring over to the iPAD for editing or my computer for editing.

Current workaround
Right now, I have to stop my shoot and manually export the files to the external hard drive. Then delete them off the iPad. Not great for workflow during the shoot. Clients don't understand why the shoot has paused. They don't care about the tech stuff. |
