Notes for advanced color editor

Add custom notes to selected advanced color editor swatches (color ranges). I use eyedropper to pick different shades to apply to the entire images, such as red skin, or green cast on skintones, or excessive green foliage or blue skies. I use up to 10 shades to work manually with them. An option to add notes to each swatch would help since I's difficult to tell one similar custom swatch from another.
