When I make changes using the Curve tool for example, it would be helpful to see those changes reflected in Levels, Color Editor, and Color Balance as well as other tools. Since various Capture One tools are different ways of adjusting the same characteristics or a photo, it would be helpful to see what you have already done when using the different tools.

I don't think this is feasible or even desirable. The Curve tool is near the end of the image processing pipeline - as you can deduce by watching adjustments in the four histogram displays (Exposure Evaluation, Levels, Curve, Output Histogram).
