Change the position of the tools up/down

Possibility to change the position of the tools up/down so that they can be adjusted to the position of the finger. In such a configuration, I could quickly, smoothly and conveniently (in my case) change the drum parameters with my left hand and make changes with my right hand. Even after changing the position of the hand, because you work on the tablet in different positions, e.g. at the table, in bed, on a hammock, horizontally, vertically, etc. Therefore, it is useful to move these tools up/down relative to the default position
