Request a new feature, or support for a camera/lens that you would like to use in Capture One.
The camera + macro lens approach is an increasingly popular way to “scan” film negatives (and slide positives). Capture One’s “Cultural Heritage” edition apparently offers additional Modes under Base Characteristics that allow for inverting the negative image and presumably continuing to edit the image as normal.

Current workaround
The current workaround involves the Levels panel to invert the image. The downside is that subsequent tonal adjustments are inverted as well: raising the Exposure darkens the image, pulling back the Whites lifts the Blacks, etc.. |
